Classic pork sausages are the most popular sausage in Australia they're fresh, delicious and easy to prepare. At Country Style Smallgoods we make all kinds of tasty snags, all gluten & nitrate free, in natural casings and no filler.

Our range includes apple & sage, fennel, chorizo, Toulouse, black pepper & garlic and a variety of kranskis including Chipotle & cheese. 

Apple & Sage Sausages

Try the unique flavour of these traditional sausages. Apple, sage and a hint of cinnamon. A subtle treat the whole family will love.

Black Pepper & Garlic Sausages

Salcichi (salsiccia) a traditional Italian Autumn sausage. Coarsely ground pork with cracked black pepper, garlic and fennel. A delicious continental style sausage with the healthy benefits of garlic and nitrate free meat.

Chorizo

Chorizo (Spanish) or chouriço (Portuguese) is a term originating in the Iberian Peninsula encompassing several types of pork sausages. Traditionally, chorizo is encased in natural casings made from intestines, a method used since Roman times.

Fennel Sausages

Italian sausage (salsiccia, in Italian) a pork sausage seasoned with fennel. For lovers of the traditional aniseed taste. A rich tasting full textured sausage.

Hot Sausages

A spicy pork sausage for those who like a bit more of a zippy flavour, with just enough chili and paprika. Perfect on their own or in pasta or on pizzas.

Kransky

Kranjska klobasa (Australian English: Kransky, German: Krainer Wurst, Italian dialect of Trieste: luganighe de Cragno) is a Slovenian sausage most similar to what is known as kielbasa or Polish sausage in North America.

Cheese Kransky

A super tasty treat using our traditional recipe with the addition of cheese. Kranjska klobasa is a Slovenian sausage most similar to what is known as kielbasa or Polish sausage in North America. We know you want some of this fine kielbasa. Made in natural casings.

Bacon

The word bacon derives from various dialects, including the French bako and Germanic bakkon which refer to the back. But the cut traditionally used to make bacon comes from the side, or belly, of the hog.

Our Beechwood smoked bacons are nitrate free and gluten free. Our sliced bacon packs are a family favourite.

Bacon piece

In the 12th century, a church in the English town of Dunmow promised a side of bacon to any married man who could swear before the congregation and God that he had not quarreled with his wife for a year and a day. A husband who could "bring home the bacon" was highly regarded by the community for his forbearance.

Ham

Beautiful smoked and cured hams in traditional bone-in and boneless varieties. The word ham derives from the Old English hamm and refers specifically to a cut of meat from the hog's hind legs.

Country Style Smallgoods salami tastes like it comes from the old country, where it was made the old way. That's because it's still made the same way with time honoured traditional family recipes.

We make a variety of salamis for all tastes, from the hot and spicy to mild family favourites. Hot salami, black pepper & garlic, chilli & fennel, mild salami, all sold in pieces or sliced.
